Today we make a homemade version of Cream of Coconut thats a match real Coco Lopez. While I love this recipe, I still love Coco Lopez and will still continue to use it from time to time. The final result will yield you a Crem of Coconut that is a direct 1:1 substitute in recipes for the real thing. The flavor and consistency will be slightly different, and the homemade version will taste more like coconut milk than "sunscreen."
