Trying viral TikTok recipes that are a little outside my comfort zone today 👀 Some were immediate wins, some might need a second attempt…and that’s part of learning.
I’ve been wanting to branch out and try some new dishes this year, and a few of these recipes called for ingredients I don’t normally keep on hand. Instead of hunting across multiple stores, I ordered things like Fly By Jing Sichuan chili crisp, Thrive Market hot pickles, and Kevin’s stir fry sauces from Thrive Market.
Thrive Market is an online, membership-based grocery store that I use when I need specific pantry items or harder-to-find ingredients delivered to my door. I especially appreciate that you can filter by dietary needs (gluten-free, allergies, etc.), which makes it easier if you’re cooking around restrictions. They were also the first online-only retailer to accept SNAP EBT, which expands access for a lot of families.
