In this video, we take a deep dive into DCA3, a community-driven Dreamcast port of GTA III built on the RE3 reverse engineering project and librw (an open source implementation of RenderWare). This isn’t emulation — it’s a native port designed to push the Dreamcast hardware to its limits.
