Perfect for Iftar | Strawberry, Banana Dates & Pineapple Coconut



1️⃣ Strawberry Milkshake

Ingredients (1 glass / 350–400 ml):

•200 g (1 cup) Frozen strawberries
•240ml (1 cup) full-fat chilled Milk
•2tbsp Sugar (optional, only if needed)
•30ml (2tbsp) fresh Cream
•1 scoop (≈80–90 g) Strawberry or Vanilla ice-cream

Garnish:
•Whipped cream
•Strawberry powder
•Half fresh strawberry

Method:
1.Add frozen strawberries, milk, sugar, fresh cream, and strawberry ice cream into a blender.
2.Blend until smooth.
3.Pour into a chilled glass.
4.Whip cream, transfer to a piping bag, and pipe on top.
5.Sprinkle strawberry powder and place half a fresh strawberry on the rim.



2️⃣ Pineapple Coconut Milkshake

Ingredients (1 glass):
•200g Frozen pineapple
•240ml (1 cup) full-fat chilled Milk
(adjust for thickness)
•40ml Coconut milk
•2tbsp Sugar
•1 scoop (≈80–90 g)Vanilla ice cream
Garnish:
•Whipped cream
•Pineapple piece
•Fresh mint leaf

Method:
1.Add frozen pineapple, milk, coconut milk, sugar, and vanilla ice cream into a blender.
2.Blend until smooth.
3.Pour into a glass.
4.Top with whipped cream, pineapple piece, and mint leaf.



3️⃣ Banana Dates Milkshake

Ingredients (1 glass):
•200g Frozen banana
• 4–5 (deseeded) Soft dates
•240ml (1 cup) full-fat chilled Milk
•40ml Fresh cream
•2tbsp Chopped almonds

Garnish:
•Whipped cream
•Chopped almonds
•Banana slice

Method:
1.Add frozen banana, dates, milk, fresh cream, and chopped almonds into a blender.
2.Blend until thick and smooth.
3.Pour into a glass.
4.Top with whipped cream, chopped almonds, and place a banana slice on the rim.
