LEGO Mickey Mouse FoodHouse

Miniature foods and accessories turned out to be suitable for LEGO Duplo. The scale is perfect for the Duplo minifigures, so why not make a restaurant out of it? The FoodHouse has fewer Duplo pieces, allowing us to store more items in a compact space.

The minis are stackable and doesn’t rely on the number of studs, which is the reason why I was able to fit an entire kitchen with sufficient stock of food within a 8 by 8 baseplate. Somewhere around June, I modified Mickey Mouse's Clubhouse into a kitchen, hence the name "FoodHouse". It was the original version of the FoodHouse, but this time, I modified the Clubhouse into a Disney Store, with the Mini Brands Disney minis inside it. But I didn't want to completely abandon the FoodHouse, so I built this version, which is a few studs smaller than the original version, but it utilizes the space better than the original version.

The only things made up of Duplo are the floor, the table and the fire stove. The stove is actually the campfire from the Camping adventure set (10997). Using a campfire instead of an ordinary stove felt like a better choice because it made the FoodHouse distinctive. The actual reason is because the campfire adds more Duplo to this than just using more minis instead. There really isn't a good reason why I added the campfire in the first place, but the campfire, along with the table, balances the Duplos and the minis.
