Starbucks just released their new winter bakes on February 9th, and I immediately fell in love with their Chocolate Pistachio Loaf. But at $4.25 a slice, I knew I had to recreate it! After testing and tweaking, I've come up with a copycat recipe that I honestly think replicates Starbucks recipe.

This loaf features a lightly sweet pistachio base with a hint of almond, a rich mocha chocolate swirl, and is topped with crunchy whole pistachios. It's the perfect companion for your morning coffee.
