Half Life 2 MMOD - Lost Coast Playthrough - VERY HARD Difficulty!

No deaths but was very close near the end!

I am using a Miscellaneous MMod Patch which allows a VERY HARD Difficulty Preset, yes it's much harder than the standard (Default Hard Mode)
