The Secret to 30-Minute Clean Stew🍤 (30-Minute Meal!) #Cooking #CleanEating #WeeknightMeals #Shrimp

Practice schedule? Brutal. Dinner? Solved. 🍤 Living in South Louisiana, we don't compromise on flavor just because we’re busy! This Shrimp Stew is the perfect break from the 'chicken rut' and it’s on the table before the kids can even complain they’re hungry.

PRO TIPS:
✨ The Rinse: Spray raw shrimp with a 50/50 water/vinegar mix, then rinse with cold water. It neutralizes any "fishy" taste instantly!
✨ The Stock Swap: No seafood stock? Me either! Just use 4 cups clean chicken broth + 4 cups water + a splash of white wine. It mimics that rich seafood depth perfectly! 🍷

CLEAN FIXES:
✨ Wild-Caught Shrimp: Better flavor and texture with shrimp eating their natural diet.
✨ Paleo Roux: Grain-free and seed-oil-free for gut-friendly thickening.
✨ Clean-Ingredient Seasoning: No sugar, no fillers, and no anti-caking agents! Just the good stuff!

INGREDIENTS:
• 2 lbs Wild-caught shrimp (peeled & rinsed with vinegar/water)
• 2 tbsp Grass-Fed Butter or Ghee
• Cajun Trinity - 1 Onion, 1 Green Bell Pepper, 2-3 stalks Celery, finely chopped.
• 1-2 tbsp Minced garlic
• 8 cups Liquid Base (I use 4 cups clean chicken broth + 4 cups water + a splash of white wine to mimic seafood stock!)
• 4-6 Spoonfuls of Paleo Roux
• 3/4 bag Baby Yukon Gold potatoes (approx 8 oz.), cubed
• 6-8 Hard-boiled eggs, peeled
• Clean Cajun Seasoning (no sugar/preservatives)
• Salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder, paprika, Paleo Powder Herbed Blend to taste.
DIRECTIONS:
1. Sauté: Melt butter and sauté onion/bell pepper/celery until soft.
2. Season: Add garlic and a heavy hit of your clean Cajun seasoning.
3. The Base: Pour in broth/water/wine, boil, then drop in the Paleo Roux and continue boiling 15-20 minutes (stir occasionally).
4. Bulk it up: Add cubed potatoes and hard-boiled eggs. Boil until potatoes are tender.
5. The Finish: Season shrimp separately, then fold them into the pot. Boil for 2 minutes & remove from heat. Let sit for 2-3 minutes to finish cooking and cooling slightly.
6. Serve: Ladle over my sautéed cauliflower rice and enjoy!
