Create Small Company File Server: IIS + PHP Configuration Guide for $0

Installing Internet Information Services (IIS) alone will not work because it will not allow you to upload and download files from the web browser properly. I will show you how to combine IIS, PHP, and FileGator in this tutorial so that you can build a working local file server for your small business.

To create a new user using Command Prompt, first open Command Prompt as Administrator.
To view all existing users on your Windows 11 PC, type:
Commands:
net user

To create a new user, use the following command:
net user username password /add

Example:
net user test 123 /add
