how to make pork stir-fry with vegetables[ASMR]
Ingredients:
• 380g pork
• 1 onion
• 1 green pepper
• 2 red chilies (optional)
• 10g ginger
• 6 garlic cloves
Marinate the pork:
• 1 tsp light soy sauce, 1/4 tsp dark soy sauce
• 1/8 tsp white pepper, 1 tsp cornstarch
• 1 tbsp water, mix well
• 1 tsp cooking oil, mix again, let it sit 10 min
Sauce:
• 1 tsp light soy sauce, 1 tsp oyster sauce
• 1/8 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp sugar, 1/8 tsp white pepper
• 1 tbsp water, stir well
Cook the pork:
• Heat some oil over medium heat
• Stir-fry until pork turns color
• Add 1 tbsp rice wine, stir-fry until fragrant
• Set aside
Stir-fry everything together:
• Add a bit more oil, medium heat
• Stir-fry ginger & garlic until aromatic
• Add onion, cook until slightly golden
• Add pork, mix well
• Add green pepper & remaining onion, cook until just tender
• Pour in sauce, toss in red chilies, stir everything together
💡 Tip: 1 tsp = 5ml, 1 tbsp = 15ml
