Is a used RTX 2080 Ti and i7-7700K still worth it in 2026?

Recently I found myself with a 2080ti and i7 7700k PC and decided to test it out and see if it still can game and do any kind of editing work.
Since buying a new PC as I intended is proving too expensive nowadays, this is definitely still a good choice if you're on a budget.
The original plan before the RAM prices went insane was to use it as an upgrade to my home server but that will have to get postponed until another option appears.
