EFLC Weapons in GTA IV

- Works thanks to Zolika IV Tweaker and Zolika Patch.

Easy install, most of the mods don't have working sounds and effects where as mine does! You can't use the sweeper in a drive by as it uses the AA12 anims as their respective anims are broken... enjoy.
