Today, we explore the few leaked PSP prototypes for games that were cancelled or never officially released. There are tons of cancelled and unreleased games out there, but not many with playable versions available to the public, let alone on Sony's PlayStation Portable.

From a failed attempt to revive Duke Nukem on handhelds, to an ambitious Saints Row spin-off, these are some of the only cancelled PSP games that have had early playable versions leaked online.

The PlayStation Portable was Sony's first handheld console from 2004, and developed a legendary status that still lives on to this day. With its fantastic library of games, from Daxter, to the Grand Theft Auto Stories games, and everything in-between, it also had its share of unreleased and cancelled games too. From Volition and THQ's ambitious portable version of Saints Row, to Apogee's disastrous handheld revival of Duke Nukem, I'll take a bit of a dive into these lost games and their leaked builds.
