Synopsis: In this fourth episode of the Resident Evil Anime project, the narrative delves deep into the past to reveal the origins of the mansion's deadly traps. Architect George Trevor faces the betrayal of Oswell E. Spencer, sealing the dark fate of his family. Back in the present nightmare, the S.T.A.R.S. members investigate the ominous Guardhouse, only to find their teammate Richard Aiken falling victim to a colossal predator.

This fan-made series re-imagines the classic survival horror (Biohazard) with a dark, gritty anime aesthetic, bridging the lore of the 1996 original, the Remake, and the tragic backstory of Lisa Trevor.
