In this video, you will see a real morning routine of a nomad village woman in rural IRAN — the wife of a shepherd — living a simple and traditional life in a clay house.
Her day begins at dawn by breaking firewood and lighting the wood-fired stove. She heats water, prepares flour, and kneads dough by hand. Then she walks into the desert to collect firewood for the traditional clay oven.
After preparing the dough balls, she feeds the sheep with straw and barley, lights the clay oven, and bakes fresh local bread in the traditional way.
The day continues with feeding the sheep and chickens, making tea, preparing lunch, and finally resting after a long and hardworking day.
