Chaos in Canada Today! Extreme Snow Storm Causing Many Accident in Coquihalla BC

The blizzard that struck British Columbia in late December 2025 was recorded as one of the most severe winter storms in the province's history. Snow fell with incredible intensity, covering highways, railways, and residential areas with a thick layer of more than two feet in just two days. Temperatures plummeted to minus twenty-five degrees Celsius, making conditions even more dangerous for those not adequately prepared for the extreme weather. The provincial government immediately issued an emergency warning and urged residents to stay home, while public transportation was completely paralyzed, with numerous flights canceled at Vancouver International Airport and trains stranded due to snow-covered tracks. Major highways such as the Trans-Canada Highway experienced extensive traffic jams as vehicles were unable to navigate the icy roads, and police and rescue teams worked around the clock to evacuate stranded motorists. Power outages spread across several major cities, including Vancouver, Surrey, and Burnaby. Thousands of homes lost electricity and heating, forcing residents to seek emergency shelter in government-run community centers.
