We Got a New Large Tandoor and Made a Delicious Shah Pilaf

After a long wait, our large new tandoor finally arrived.
The first thing we cooked in it was Shah Pilaf to properly test how it performs.
The result was amazing — the pilaf turned out rich, flavorful, and perfectly cooked.
We were especially surprised by how the taste felt different from our previous tandoor, with a unique aroma and depth that really stood out.
This was the perfect first cook, and definitely not the last one.
