I just found some things, most of them I haven't known about before:
0:05 an invisible wall in a Brooklyn bridge cable.
0:52 Tanner... err, TK first appears in a garage before being relocated by the game at the start of the 2006 era.
1:16 two Teramo cars overlapping.
1:32 some cars appearing from nothing in the Queens parking building near the Queensboro Bridge (from the Playstation 2 version of the game).
1:57 the Boltus pickup truck for the mission "Shell shock" seen appearing just after Ray calls TK about Bishop (PS2 version).
2:17 the place in Red Hook, Brooklyn, where you almost always find a Zenda car in the 2006 era.
