How to Downgrade GTA IV Complete Edition to 1.0.4.0 (EASIER METHOD)

A noob friendly way to downgrade GTA IV to 1.0.4.0
This method is idiot proof, I unlisted my old video as it's more complicated for literally no reason

NOTE : Episodes will no longer be in the menu and does not function anymore, the files are still there but there is no way to launch them as far as I am aware.

If you want Episodes to work look into doing a downgrade to 1.0.7.0 but there is a trade off, some mods such as ENB (Graphical Enhancement Mods) will not work properly and other mods may break.
