1 Million Patties a Year Made at This Jamaican Family Bakery in London

This family owned bakery in South East London makes anywhere from 2,000 up to 10,000 patties every day! That is over a million per year!
The patties are a flakey and crumbly, and filled with flavourful beef, chicken, salted fish and many others varieties.
