Michael Symon gets voluntold into another Fan Fridge Challenge, this time raiding Jenna G’s Staten Island fridge packed with feta, mortadella, olives, chili crunch, and an obscene amount of cottage cheese—his personal kryptonite. Forced to face it, he builds a cottage-cheese–based dip while the blender fights back, Clinton gives play-by-play, and Carla heckles him about lemon seeds.
As the dip slowly comes together, Michael fries potatoes, shaves carrots, toasts pita over the burner, and turns mortadella into shockingly good “meat chips.” Fan questions roll in mid-chaos, covering flat cookies, dishwasher rules, and why mortadella isn’t just fancy bologna.
