Chaos in Australia: Cyclone Fina in Darwin Uproots Trees, Residents in State of Emergency.

Tropical Cyclone Fina, a Category 3 storm, passed north of Darwin, according to the Australian Bureau of Meteorology (BoM). Fina brought extremely destructive winds of up to 205 km/h along the southern coast of Melville Island, affecting Darwin's central business district, Stuart Park, Wagait Beach, and Dundee Beach.

Several videos show strong winds knocking down trees, damaging roofs and breaking windows in Darwin. Serious damage was also reported in Cisuarina, Cullen Bay, Berrimah, and the ceiling on the first floor of the Royal Darwin Hospital collapsed.
