GTA 3 Beta Cars Mod is a mod where remaking the cars to look like the beta one's so you can enjoy what Rockstar Games edited/removed from the game. From two door Coupe cars like Hachura (beta version of Idaho) To off road vehicles like the Hum Vee (beta version of Patriot) To super cars like the Rocket (beta version of cheetah) To Gang cars like Mafia Beamer.
