Fun fact: During the filming of Kaithi, director Lokesh Kanagaraj insisted on using minimal artificial lighting for night scenes, relying heavily on natural sources like headlights, street lamps, and fire. This gave the movie its gritty, realistic look and heightened the tension of the “one-night survival” theme.
