In this video, I'm taking on two classic 8-bit Atari computers: an 800XL on loan from @8bitmamma and a 130XE, the best-selling and final model of the 8-bit series.
Both definitely needed some attention, especially the volume potentiometer, they were completely shot. In the 130XE was even in pieces when I got it!
The 800XL also had a weird keyboard issue, some traces had strange black stains and I still can't figure out how those even formed.
Can I bring these machines back to life? Let’s find out!
