Maryland has started distributing $62 million in SNAP benefits, but recipients are noticing a significant reduction in the amount they receive. When Gov. Wes Moore signed an executive order to release the funds last week, it was intended to supplement partial SNAP benefits that the Trump administration was going to fund to ensure recipients received full benefits.
