Baltimore City State's Attorney Ivan Bates announced the indictment of a Baltimore police officer on Wednesday. In a press conference, Bates was joined by prosecutors from his Public Trust and Police Integrity Unit to announce the indictment of the officer. BPD officer Robert Parks is facing multiple charges including attempted second- degree murder after a viral video showed him driving a police cruiser toward a man in Park Heights last month.
