President Trump on Tuesday night's election results, shutdown update

President Trump talked about Tuesday night's election results at a breakfast for Republican senators.

The president said he thought the GOP's poor showing in the election was the result of the public blaming their party more than Democrats for the shutdown and again pressed lawmakers to do away with the filibuster.
