Senators have reached a tentative agreement to reopen the government after eight Democrats voted to advance the re-drafted Republican spending package. The updated bill includes a reversal of the mass reductions in force, as well as the promise of a Senate vote on extending health care tax credits in early December. Maryland Rep. Andy Harris, R-District 1, said he's eager to get the bill passed and the government reopened.
