A three-alarm fire at a historic building in Hampden has been contained, Baltimore City fire spokesperson John Marsh told WBAL-TV 11 News. Firefighters were called around 4:30 p.m. to 3355 Keswick Road near 34th Street, the old Northern District Police Station. Baltimore City Councilwoman Odette Ramos, D-District 14, said the building housed several businesses, including a brokerage, an insurance company, a chiropractor and other companies.
