Super Typhoon Uwan causes river to swell, damages homes in Cagayan

The Chico River in Cagayan province rose Monday morning, destroyed houses and displaced residents in Tuao town as ‘Uwan’ slammed into the Philippines’ eastern seaboard on Sunday, killing at least four people and forcing more than a million to evacuate.
