Today, I ate boiled octopus🐙✨
This might be my first video with octopus as the main dish♡
The sounds were so nice and it was so delicious, I feel like it’s a shame I hadn’t done this before.
But such big octopus is rarely sold🫢
This one is from a shop called “Oita Himeshima,” which had a pop-up at a department store. It’s Himeshima boiled octopus♪
It was so tender that I could easily bite through it♡
And it was really tasty😋
I ate it with soy sauce, shichimi mayonnaise, gochujang sauce, and sesame oil with salt.
There was also lemon and sudachi♪
Sudachi soy sauce and lemon shichimi mayo were especially delicious✨
I ate a green chili midway, but it was too spicy so I had to take a short break🫢🫑
I let my guard down. But after eating some creamy things, I felt better and could enjoy it again♪
My drink was Pon juice🍊
