A Baltimore County man is facing new charges because of his alleged actions in court, WBAL-TV 11 News Investigates has learned. Gabriel Ballentine, 27, is accused of lunging at a judge in what appears to be an attempted attack, according to a law clerk. The incident, captured on video, happened last month after a disagreement when Ballentine apparently did not want to do what the judge was ordering.
