A portion of Key Highway is closed Monday out of an abundance of caution, Baltimore City emergency officials said. According to the Baltimore City Office of Emergency Management, Key Highway is closed from about Covington to East Cross streets. SKY 11 video showed a small sinkhole or divot in the street. Emergency officials said delays are to be expected Monday afternoon and evening and advised drivers to take alternate routes. Additionally, the Maryland Transit Administration's 71 bus is being detoured in the area.
