[東方 Remix] Touhou 15 LoLK: The Frozen Eternal Capital

Who doesn't love a calming song while the stage is insane.
Uploading this while winter is near is a nice decision.
LoLK Stage 4 theme is so good i love it alot, its very soothing and atmospheric.
I aimed for a more soothing and softer feeling, especially with that soothing saxophone i love using alot, instead of Reed Romance, im obsessed with it lol, i think it captures it more nicely.
I like making strange decisions but i hope you enjoy this mix though.
