THE Huntingdon train suspect has been charged with another count of attempted murder after an alleged attack at a London station just hours before.
British-born Anthony Williams, 32, was charged today with 10 counts of attempted murder after multiple train passengers were rushed to hospital on Saturday – with one still fighting for their life.
Williams – who was arrested on Saturday – was also been charged with one count of assault occasioning actual bodily harm and one count of possession of a bladed article.
Now, it has emerged that Williams has also been charged with an additional count of attempted murder and possession of a bladed article in relation to an incident on London’s DLR network in the early hours of Saturday.
Officers said that a victim suffered facial injuries after being attacked with a knife on a DLR train at Pontoon Dock just before 1am.
Williams was later identified as a suspect, said British Transport Police.
He will appear at Peterborough Magistrates Court today following the horror in Cambridgeshire.
It comes after The Sun released dramatic video of a suspect being Tasered and then arrested on the train platform.
Tracy Easton, Chief Crown Prosecutor for CPS Direct, said: “The Crown Prosecution Service has decided to prosecute Anthony Williams with 11 counts of attempted murder, one count of assault occasioning actual bodily harm and 2 counts of possession of a bladed article – following a police investigation into an incident on a LNER train from Doncaster to London on Saturday 01 November 2025.
