The government shutdown continues to impact air travel across the United States as more than 7,000 flights were delayed on Thursday alone. The Federal Aviation Administration is blaming part of the problem on staffing issues. So far, though, Baltimore-Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport has bucked the trend with no major problems yet.
