A Maryland state senator, her brother and a Baltimore police officer were indicted last week in connection with a federal extortion and conspiracy case. A grand jury indicted Baltimore City Sen. Dalya Attar, D-District 41; her brother, Joseph Attar; and officer Kalman Finkelstein, according to the indictment obtained Thursday by WBAL-TV 11 News Investigates.
