A Carroll County house doesn't just have Halloween decorations — it's a haunted corridor. While you won't find it on a map, the Summit Ridge Cemetery is very real, at least this time of year. Matthew Reeser is going all out to provide an unforgettable experience for trick-or-treaters. Reeser first decorated his house at 707 Bridlewreath Way for Christmas years ago with his son, Parker. But during the COVID-19 pandemic, they branched out to Halloween, and built the cemetery, which is named after their community, Seasons at Summit Ridge.
