Parts of the region flooded on Thursday after heavy rain battered the area — with some spots seeing more than two inches of rain since Wednesday night. Sedonna Brown moved away from the region after losing her home to Hurricane Isabel. She's back in Annapolis on business, and she's concerned for those who run shops in the area after Dock Street was underwater on Thursday.
