Impact Weather for Maryland with heavy rain and strong thunderstorms possible

Meteorologist Tony Pann says we will see Impact Weather over the next couple of days with rain showers starting this evening and lasting through Thursday. Thunderstorms are possible on Thursday as temps will warm up slightly into the mid 60s. It will clear up by Halloween with partly cloudy skies and temps in the low 60s.
