Ending solitary confinement is the goal of a national tour that stopped in Baltimore. The United Nations deemed solitary confinement a form of torture, but the practice is still used in jails, prisons and detention centers across the U.S., even for juveniles. The Journey to Justice Bus Tour features a bus that has traveled coast to coast to educate people about the practice of solitary confinement.
