A person was shot during an armed carjacking, one of two in Baltimore over a 24-hour span, police said. Detectives did not say if the two incidents are connected, but they are trying to find at least two suspects. The incidents span from Southwest Baltimore to Midtown — from a neighborhood street to a busy stretch outside the Joseph Meyerhoff Symphony Hall.
