We started our morning with love and simplicity—lighting the clay oven with firewood, cleaning herbs, and preparing a fresh salad by the sound of flowing water. Cooking here is more than food; it’s a feeling. 🍃

We made sabzi polo (herbed rice) with crispy lettuce tahdig, and stuffed a whole turkey with delicious homemade fillings. Wrapped in foil and oil paper, the turkey slowly roasted in our clay oven, absorbing all the smoky flavors.

Then came our cozy autumn desserts—sweet pumpkin and a rustic apple pie. Finally, we gathered around, shared the meal, and created memories we’ll never forget.
