Been lazy with the modding stuff, so here's something that's probably should have been done awhile ago.
Android 18 voice is from Absorbercell channel, from his Android 18 voiceover video.
Most of the clip is from Vorelait, as he's the one who painstakingly edited Semi-Perfect Cell tail to be more like Imperfect Cell tail during the absorbtion process.
All I truly did is did was some amateurish video and sound editing to give you what you see now.
