Even if you aren't one of the 13,500 runners competing in the Baltimore Running Festival on Saturday, you can still take it all in as a spectator. The finish chute is stocked with bananas, chips and water and people are stopping by the Harborplace Light Street Pavilion to collect their packets and bib. Packet, bib and T-shirt pickup is available until 7 p.m. Friday — the only day for runners to stop by.
