City, state leaders meet and discuss juvenile crime

Community members and key players in some of Baltimore's juvenile justice agencies held an open dialogue on Thursday. Brant Fisher, president of the Brewers Hill Neighborhood Association, and Arch McKown, vice president of community relations for the Baltimore Police Department's Southeast District, hosted the Southeast Baltimore Juvenile Justice Summit. The panel included Betsy Fox Tolentino, acting secretary of the Maryland Department of Juvenile Services, Baltimore City State's Attorney Ivan Bates, Chief of the State's Attorney's Office Juvenile Division Pamela Chung, Mjr. Albert Dellarocca with the Baltimore Police Department's Southeast District, Lisa Reynolds, chief of youth and community partnerships at BPD, and City Councilman Mark Conway, D-District 4.
