BARCS preparing for its biggest fundraiser of the year

For those running in this weekend's Baltimore Running Festival, how about a 5K, or a half-mile walk to benefit a local animal shelter? One of the biggest fundraisers of the year is coming up next weekend for the Baltimore Animal Rescue and Care Shelter called "BARCStoberfest." BARCS in Cherry Hill may have exactly who folks are looking for. From big dogs to little ones, they take in more than 12,000 animals a year. Next weekend, on Oct. 25, in Patterson Park, they're hosting their 21st annual BARCStoberfest. Bailey Deacon from BARCS has more on the upcoming fundraising event.
