Baltimore County announced the arrest of a man whom they linked to a sex trafficking case involving multiple juveniles. Ricardo Sawyer, 38, was arrested and has been charged with multiple counts of rape, multiple counts of second-degree assault and other charges, online records show. Police said they became aware of several juvenile victims of sex trafficking over the summer, and an investigation revealed incidents took place in Baltimore City and Baltimore County, according to charging documents.
