Members of Maryland's congressional delegation staged a large rally in the heart of Washington, D.C., on Tuesday to call for an end to the government shutdown. Nine of the delegation's 10 members joined the rally to call the mass firing of furloughed federal workers both heinous and cruel. Dozens of current and former federal workers joined the rally.
